In Disillusioned at the Supermarket, Carla Jaeger (she/her) reflects on sexism in Australia and how it quietly infiltrates every aspect of women’s lives. Triggered by a Jenkins report that showed one-third of Australian female staffers have reported sexual harassment in Parliament, Disillusioned at the Supermarket is a brilliant showcase of what it means to face oppression in a so-called ‘liberated’ society.

Pause Projects is a collaborative passion-project turned creative platform created by Gita Zimmermann (she/her) and designer Jacob L’Huillier Lunt (he/him). Pause uses visual language to process mass information and themes of this unusual period, holding space for both artist and audience to pause and reflect.
